I have taken Food Preparation for this sem. Guess what's the lab?It's COOKING.We learn bout techniques and methods on cooking and the nutrients of ingredients. The topic for last week is legumes and nuts. We cooked dalca, mung bean soup, rice with legumes, egg rolls n etc~~The lab title for my group is kuih kasturi.. It's made of mung bean.. boil mung beans until soften and add in gula melaka.. then mould it and fry.Although the appearance is not so good, but it's delicious.. crispy outer layer and soft, smooth mung beans paste inside..~ First time cooking on my own, kira ok dy.. LOL~ but way to improve to become a future nutritionist..
