LOL, the topic is just like my assignment.. so lame..have visited Gardenia factory related to subject of 'food safety'...
Out of my expectation, the factory is quite small.. but really clean..
So far, there are only 4 factories in Peninsular Malaysia, that's y no shipping to Sabah and Sarawak due to short shelf life.. but in fact, Gardenia was established by Uncle Slocum, a british who landed on Sarawak to open the first factory..
Different products are produced and distributed from different factories.. the one i've visited is located in shah alam, only produces white bread, wholegrain meal bread, twiggies and muffin....
It's quite fun there and all of us gt a goodies bag from them... Different kind of breads and even that auntie rosie kaya.. unfornately, i dun like bread especially manufactured one.. so.. some of them dumped by me after expired.. sinful*
Up next, visit to Yakult factory.. ROFL~
